Classic Buffalo Sauce

This is a classic buffalo sauce recipe that would be great on wings, in chicken wraps and much more! It has a decent amount of heat but isn't too spicy if you're planning on serving to a crowd.

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (I used Frank's Original Buffalo)
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce


  • Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until butter is melted and all ingredients are well combined. Cook until desired consistency and thickness is reached.
