It’s the first official Joyful Altitude 2019 Christmas Gift Guide! Black Friday and Cyber Monday are just around the corner and I wanted to share some of my favorite gift ideas! Most of the items that you will find below are things that my husband and I own or have tried before and fit our Colorado lifestyle!
I hope that my 2019 Christmas Gift Guide helps you find something for everyone on your list (and maybe a thing or two for you as well!).
Christmas Gift Guide for Her
These are all great essentials to have for Colorado winter weather! I particularly love my Patagonia 1/4 zip pullover and Columbia down jacket. Both are super warm and versatile!
Christmas Gift Guide for Him
If you’re unsure of what to get your husband, brother, or dad for Christmas, check out some of my ideas below! My husband really loves his Fits crew socks which keep him warm or cool, never sweaty or cold. He also wears his Eddie Bauer quilted pullover all the time and Eddie Bauer fleece lined jeans when it’s bitter cold!
For the Home
I really enjoy all of these items and have almost all of them in our home! I just bought those adorable pine tree sheets from Pottery Barn and cozy sherpa pom blanket in red. We also have a TON of antlers integrated into our decor that we have found while hiking and snowshoeing. But if you don’t live in an area with deer or elk, you can purchase this one at Pottery Barn!
Christmas Gifts for the Cook
These are all staples in my kitchen that I use fairly often or on a daily basis! I love my Instant Pot for quick meals and a good cast iron pan for cooking things evenly.
Colorado Made Products and Other Gear
Almost all of these products are made in Colorado, aside from the Yeti mug, head lamp and cast iron pans! If you have a coffee lover in the family, check out Cimarron Roasters! They are based in Montrose, CO and have the best coffee I have ever tasted! I recommend the Courthouse blend. I also really enjoy the Rodelle brand. They are based in Colorado and sell organic cocoa powder, vanilla extract and more! Rodelle’s Hot Cocoa Mix and Wassail Mix would make a great stocking stuffer for anyone.
One Last Unique Christmas Gift Idea
My husband and I have traveled a lot around the state of Colorado in the past few years and we always make sure to take tons of pictures of the beautiful things we see! Each year, we create a calendar on Shutterfly with pictures from our adventures throughout the year and give them as gifts to our parents and my grandma. They all absolutely LOVE it and look forward to getting their calendar each year! If you have a library stocked full of photos, consider making a calendar for someone this Christmas! You could use pictures from your travels or create a themed calendar based on whatever photos you have. Get creative with it! Also be on the lookout because Shutterfly sometimes offers 50% off of their calendars around Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Here are a few examples of the pages we have done in the past!

I hope that this gift guide has helped give you a few unique ideas for the people on your Christmas list! If you have any questions on the products listed above, you can comment below or send me a message and I would be happy to help you. Merry Christmas!
